I have been told by landscapers that we have poison ivy in our back yard. I thought that poison ivy had three shiny serrated leaves. I don’t see anything like that. I DO see plants with four leaves (not shiny). Is that poison ivy? I don’t spend tons of time in the yard, but I’ve been here for eight years and none of us has gotten poison ivy (which I had once as a child).

I have used every commerical product under the sun to try and kill the poison ivy that grows along the edges of my yard and on my fence, so far nothing has worked. I have a very shaded backyard that remains cool & damp. Any suggestions?
